what the matter

Today we have been learning about the three states of matter (solid, liquid and gas) and the changes of matter. In this experiment we first put some chocolate in the microwave. This meant that the chocolate changed from a solid to a liquid. Then we poured the chocolate to make shapes. This meant that the chocolate changed from a liquid to a solid when it cooled down.

Maths

For math today we had to do decimal's and fraction with cake. We cut into 10 equal pieces. The whole cake was 18cm long and one slice equalled to one tenth. Miss Stone measured the slices to make sure that they were all completely even. If we cut 1/10 into two pieces and that is equal to 1/20. A the end some of us got to eat the cake if we answered a decimal question.

how can you look after your healthy

We need to eat healthy food to stay strong. We can eat healthy by having a balanced diet. You should eat fruit and vegetables because they give you vitamins and minerals. You need vegetables that can help you grow muscle and energy. You should mostly eat healthy food but you can have some treats like a pie or fast food - just not all the time.

You can’t live without water even one week you can live without eating for a while, but you can’t live without drinking. If you don’t drink you will get dehydrated and you will feel sleepy and will have no energy.

One more thing it is good to join a sport so we can be fit and healthy. My favourite sport is netball one more question is what is your favourite sport?
