How to make Takakau

How to make Takakau
We are learning to follow the structure of a procedural text.

Introduction: takakau is a maori bread when the european brought the flour to New Zealand that  


Ingredients
1 teaspoon salt (to your taste)
2 cups flour
2 teaspoon baking powder (optional)
100 ml milk or water

Instructions
First, sift the flour, salt and baking powder into a bowl.
Make a well in the middle of the flour and pour the milk slowly into the well.
Mix the batter so that it turns into a dough

Then you knead the dough for about one minute
Next spread the dough onto a baking tray that has some flour on it. It should be 2cm thick.
Then bake it in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees celsius.

Finally you can eat it with butter and syrup or have it with a boil up or hangi.
